Belly dancing is based on one of the oldest social dances in world history, originating in North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Belly dancing is both a beautiful form of dance and a great way to exercise.

7.30pm Salsa

A fun way to exercise to a latin beat.


8.00pm Tap Intermediate

If you are looking to take up a style of dance and you have always admired the talents of people such as Fred Astaire and Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, then get yourself some Tap Shoes because Tap dancing may just be the style for you.


8.30pm Ballet

A graceful and elegant way to exercise!

 

Wednesdays


7.00pm Yoga 

Yoga is a full body workout that improves muscle tone, core strength, inch loss, posture and overall fitness.

Anybody can do it, all ages and fitness levels attend- a lovely group of people come along and it's fun!
